PilatesGripSocks is a brand operated by Bee Prime Prep LLC, a Florida limited liability company with its principal place of business at 275 SW 6th St Apt 302, Miami, FL 33130.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity that occurs under your account.

We try to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but errors do happen. Colors and finishes may vary slightly from your screen. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information, limit order quantities, and refuse or cancel orders — including after an order has been confirmed — if we suspect an error, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. Your order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the order total, including any taxes and shipping fees. Shipping timelines are estimates; we are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.

Returns are governed by our Return Policy, available on the site. Please review it before purchasing.

The site, our logos, product names, copy, images, and overall design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the site for its intended shopping purposes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
