About PilatesGripSocks
Our Story
PilatesGripSocks started with a problem our founder, Faith Walsh, kept hitting on the mat. After ten years of Pilates, she was tired of grip socks that slid on the Reformer carriage and shed their silicone after a month of washing. Founded in 2024, the brand began with one goal: make a low-cut grip sock that holds the floor as confidently as you hold a plank, and survives a year of studio classes instead of two months. Every pair is built on full-sole silicone, a combed-cotton body and a woven arch band — and wear-tested in Miami studios before it ever reaches the shop.

Our mission
Our mission is simple: make studio gear that lasts as long as your practice. The small stuff — a sock that keeps your foot planted through footwork, a grip that doesn't crack by wash 30 — is what lets you stop thinking about your feet and focus on the work. We're not here to sell you a new pair every two months. We build socks worth keeping, offered as two curated sets so there's always a fresh pair ready for Reformer, Mat, Barre or Yoga.

Our commitment
We're committed to one thing done well rather than a catalog done cheaply. Full-sole silicone instead of scattered dots. Seventy-five percent combed cotton that survives 100-plus wash cycles. A woven arch band and reinforced heel and toe in the zones that wear out first. Every product is wear-tested by our founder and by paid, independent instructors before it ships — and if a pair isn't right for you, our 30-day return keeps the risk on us, not you.
